This article outlines the process for users to report system bugs and security-related issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain the security of Audit Ally

Report a Bug through the Chatbot

  1. Access the Chatbot:

    1. Locate the chatbot icon in the lower right corner of Audit Ally.

    2. Click on the chatbot icon to open the chat interface.

  2. Initiate Bug Report & Provide Necessary Information:

    1. Click on "Send us a message" to initiate a conversation with the Support team

    2. Explain the bug you encountered in detail, including the steps to reproduce it.

    3. Specify the browser or device you were using when the bug occurred.

    4. If applicable, attach screenshots or screen recordings to illustrate the issue.

  3. Submit Bug Report:

    1. Once you have provided all necessary information, submit the bug report through the chat interface.

    2. A support team member will acknowledge receipt of the bug report and inform you that it will be reviewed by the team.

    3. Once a solution has been identified, the Support team will follow up with you directly via email.

In the event you are unable to access the chatbot and need to communicate a bug related to Audit Ally, you are welcome to email the support team directly at: AuditAllySupport@Armanino.com

In your email, please include the following:

  1. Explain the bug you encountered in detail, including the steps to reproduce it

  2. Specify the browser and device you were using when the bug occurred

  3. If applicable, attach screenshots or screen recordings to illustrate the issue

A Support team member will acknowledge receipt of the bug report via email, and once a solution has been identified, the Support team will follow up with you directly via email.
