There are two scenarios in which a file can be deleted:
Delete a file that is awaiting auditor review
Delete a file that has been returned by your auditor
Delete a File Pending Auditor Review
If you have uploaded a file but need to remove it before your Armanino team has reviewed and accepted it, you can delete the file directly from the request.
To do this:
Navigate to the individual request.
Open the request and locate the file under Pending Auditor Review.
Hover over the file you would like to remove.
Select the trash can icon that appears.
Once deleted, the file will be removed from the request and will no longer be available for auditor review.
Delete a File After Auditor Review
If your file has already been reviewed and accepted by your Armanino team, it can no longer be deleted directly from the request.
To remove an approved file:
Contact your Armanino auditor and request that the item be returned.
Once the auditor returns the request, the file will move to Returned Files.
Navigate to the returned request and locate the file under Returned Files.
Hover over the file and select the trash can icon.
After the file has been deleted, you may upload a replacement file if needed and resubmit the request for review.
What Happens After a File Is Returned?
When an auditor returns a request, the request will move back into an active state, allowing you to make changes to the submitted documentation. Files located under Returned Files can be deleted and replaced before the request is resubmitted to your Armanino team for review.
