If you have a specific request that contains sensitive data, Audit Ally allows you to lock the request so that only designated owners can view the request details. Locking a request helps ensure sensitive information is only accessible to the appropriate users.
Assigning Owners
To lock down a request, at least one owner must be assigned.
Only the assigned owner(s) can:
View the locked request details
Lock or unlock the request
If no owner is assigned, the request cannot be locked.

Locking Down the Request
Once owners have been assigned:
Navigate to the request you want to lock.
Click Owner(s) and select the pencil icon located at the top center of the request.
Confirm the correct owner(s) are assigned.
Select the Lock Request checkbox.
Click Save and Lock.
The request is now locked and only visible to the assigned owner(s).
To Unlock A Request
Only users who are assigned as owners can unlock a request.
To unlock a request:
Navigate to the locked request.
Click Owner(s) and select the pencil icon.
In the Assign Owners window, uncheck the Lock Request checkbox.
Save your changes.
The request will now be unlocked and visible according to standard access permissions.
What Do Unassigned Users See?
Users who are not assigned to a locked request will not be able to view the request details. Instead, they will see a restricted-access message indicating the request is locked.
