Instructions on how to manage your notification preferences

Audit Ally allows you to control when you receive updates on activities that have occurred in your engagement. Notification preferences can be adjusted at any time.

Where to Update Notification Settings

  1. Click your initials in the top-right corner of Audit Ally.

  2. Select Notification Settings from the menu.

This will open your notification preferences, where you can manage alert types and delivery methods.

Notification Events & Delivery Options

In the Notification Settings window (shown below), you can choose which events you want to be notified about.

Available Notification Events

NOTE: You must be assigned as a control owner on a request to receive the notifications identified below. If no one is assigned as a control owner, notifications will be sent only to the Administrator roles.

  • Audit Ally: Request Comment - Notifies you when a comment has been added to a request

  • Audit Ally: Request Returned by Auditor - Notifies you when a request has been returned by the Auditor

  • Audit Ally: Samples have been updated on a population listing - Notifies you when samples have been selected on a population request

  • Audit Ally: High Priority Request - Notifies you when a request has been marked as High Priority

Delivery Options

You can choose to select as many or as few notifications as you prefer.

Email notifications will be sent immediately when any of the identified actions occur.

Simply check the box under Email for each event type to customize how you receive notifications.
