As the Armanino team reviews fulfilled requests and submitted files, there may be instances where additional information or updates are needed. When this happens, the request will be returned to you for further action.

Understanding Returned Requests

Requests that require your attention will be marked with a Returned status. This status indicates that one or more files or responses need to be reviewed, updated, or replaced before the request can be completed.

How to Resolve a Returned Request

To resolve a returned request efficiently, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Open the returned request
Navigate to the request marked as Returned to view the details.
You can also use sorting and filtering options to quickly locate returned requests.

  2. Review Comments & Activity
Check the Activity section for a detailed explanation of why the request or file was returned.

  3. Review Previously Uploaded Files
Locate the files you originally submitted under Previous Uploads within the Returned Files section.

  4. Upload Updated or Corrected Files
Upload the required files with the necessary changes based on the feedback provided.

  5. Add a Comment (If Needed)
If clarification or context is helpful, add a response in the Comments section before resubmitting the request.
