There are two ways to successfully fulfill a request and submit it to your Armanino team:

  • Fulfill a request with files

  • Fulfill a request without files

Fulfill a Request with Files

To upload documentation and fulfill a request:

  1. Navigate to the individual request.

  2. Click on the request to open the request details.

Once the request is open, you have two options to add your evidence:

  • Drag and drop files directly into the request box, or

  • Click the upload icon to browse and select the file(s) you want to attach.

After your file(s) have been added, send the request to complete submission.

The request will move from Outstanding to Fulfilled and be passed to your Armanino team for review.

What Happens After You Submit Evidence:

While the team is reviewing your files, you will see that the files are in Pending Auditor Review, and once the files are approved, the files will move to to Approved Files.

Fulfill a Request Without Files

If a request does not require documentation, you can fulfill it without uploading any files.

To do this:

  1. Open the individual request.

  2. Select Send Without Files.

A confirmation box will appear asking you to confirm that you want to send the request without any files.

Once confirmed, the request will automatically move from Outstanding to Fulfilled.

If you would like to send comments to the auditor and mark the request as fulfilled without uploading support, we recommend adding your comment to the Activity section and then selecting Send without Files. This will change the request's status.
