Is a colleague having trouble logging in to Audit Ally? Below are instructions to:
Reset a users password or MFA
Resend an onboarding email
Note: you will need to be assigned to the Administrator group in order to manage other user accounts
Start by navigating to the menu bar at the top left, and click on Users to open the user management console.
Find the user and click on the Reset icon to the very right
The user will receive an email notification to set up their account
